The Alliance for Aquatic Resource Monitoring (ALLARM) is an organization within the Environmental Studies Department at Dickinson College. ALLARM employs Dickinson students and utilizes the resources of the college to assist and support Pennsylvania communities and individuals who strive to protect and restore watersheds. We do this principally by providing technical support to local watershed groups, based on the needs and concerns of the community. Through SMART, we also assist school teachers in educating their students about the environment. Finally, we engage in projects of our own that will work toward improving watershed quality.
