Recruitment at Dickinson College occurs in the Fall and is open to any girl who has attended Dickinson for a least one semester. There are four rounds of events that take place within the first two weeks of school. In the past two years, Epsilon Omega has held our events in the backyard of the Alumni House on campus. The first event is Round Robin 1 in which all girls in recruitment visit all sororities on campus. This event is the most informal of all of the events and consists of sisters getting to know the Potential New Members. The next event is Round Robin 2. In this event Epsilon Omega shares with the Potential New Members a philanthropy project and the junior class performs their class song. The first round of cuts occurs after this event. The next event is Invites. For Epsilon Omega, Invites is an invitation for the Potential New Members to come to the "Kappa Kabana". The sisters perform a spirited skit and song during this round. Another set of cuts is made after Invites. The last event is Preferences. This event is very special for many sisters and is held at Old West, the oldest building on our campus. After this event the sisters and the Potential New Members make their final choices.

This year we had an extremely successful Recruitment period. The sisters' participation, enthusiasm and support during this hectic time was above and beyond the call of duty. Epsilon Omega exceeded quota by 2 girls, accepting 32 new members. Three of these new members are legacies.
